Banana Soy Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana (broken into chunks)

  • 1 cup light soy milk

  • 1 cup ice

  • 1 teaspoon honey

  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS  

Getting Ready: 

  1. Pre-freeze peeled bananas (broken into chunks).

STEP 1: There is only one step!  

  • Place frozen banana, ice, soy milk, and honey in a blender.

  • Blend.
