Lynn’s BEST Trail Mix
Trail mix is always in season!
Some snack foods are good for you. Who knew?
This trail mix is a smart, protein-packed snack. A 1-ounce (28g) serving provides nearly 4g of protein, plus healthy fats and fiber to support blood sugar control.
Lynn’s mix features dry roasted edamame and yellow soybeans, nuts, seeds, and dried fruit, delivering vitamins and minerals like B6, magnesium, iron, and fiber.
You can purchase roasted soybeans at your local grocery store, or you can make your own.
Either way, Lynn’s Best Trail Mix is a great option for a smart, delicious snack.
Enjoy!
